       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Flores) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (888882) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 76
    5  and insert:
    6  pregnancy to term.

    8  The physician may provide the information required in this
    9  subparagraph within 24 hours prior to the procedure, if
   10  requested by the woman at the time she schedules or arrives for
   11  her appointment to obtain an abortion and she presents to the
   12  physician a copy of a restraining order, police report, medical
   13  record, or other court order or documentation evidencing that
   14  she is obtaining the abortion because she is a victim of rape,
   15  incest, domestic violence, or human trafficking.
