English Language Learners; Requiring that a school district notify students and parents in writing of options for transferring high school credits and earning comparative, concordant, or passing scores on alternative assessments; providing alternatives and additional learning opportunities for transfer students who enter a Florida public school at grade 10 under certain circumstances; requiring a school district to notify limited English proficient students and their parents of the requirements and options for earning a standard high school diploma, etc.
