Expunging and Sealing Criminal History Records; Reducing the number of years that the Criminal Justice Information Program must retain certain minor offenders’ criminal history records; establishing a nonjudicial expunction process within the Department of Law Enforcement for specified criminal history records; establishing a nonjudicial process within the Department of Law Enforcement for the sealing of specified records, etc.
