Building Codes; Revising the certification examination requirements for building code inspectors, plans examiners, and building code administrators; exempting certain low-voltage landscape lighting from licensed electrical contractor installation requirements; authorizing local boards created to address specified issues to combine the appeals boards to create a single, local board; repealing provisions relating to statements of estimated regulatory costs; creating the Calder Sloan Swimming Pool Electrical-Safety Task Force within the Florida Building Commission, etc.
