GENERAL BILL by Higher Education ; Flores ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Soto

Postsecondary Education Affordability; Exempting textbooks required or recommended for a course offered by a public or nonpublic postsecondary educational institution from the tax imposed by ch. 212, F.S.; requiring a public postsecondary institution to post information relating to required and recommended textbooks and instructional materials and prices in its course registration system and on its website; prohibiting resident tuition at a Florida College System institution from exceeding a specified amount per credit hour, etc.
