       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4  insert:
    5         (4) For the 2016-2017 fiscal year, the sum of $225,000 in
    6  nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated
    7  to the Department of Management Services to implement the
    8  provisions of this act.
