       Appropriations Subcommittee on Education (Bullard) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1333 and 1334
    4  insert:
    5         Section 16. The Office of Program Policy Analysis and
    6  Government Accountability (OPPAGA) shall conduct a study to
    7  assess the full cost of the transition from the statewide,
    8  standardized assessment program established pursuant to s.
    9  1008.22, Florida Statutes, to the rigorous alternative
   10  assessment option created under s. 1008.223, Florida Statutes,
   11  for student progression and graduation requirements. OPPAGA
   12  shall submit a report to the President of the Senate and the
   13  Speaker of the House of Representatives by January 1, 2017.

   18  insert:
   19         requiring the Office of Program Policy Analysis and
   20         Government Accountability to conduct a study regarding
   21         the transition to a specified rigorous alternative
   22         assessment option; requiring a report to the
   23         Legislature by a specified date;
