GENERAL BILL by Gibson

Domestic Violence; Prohibiting persons subject to temporary or final injunctions against domestic violence from possessing firearms or ammunition; requiring a law enforcement officer to take temporary custody of firearms at the scene of a domestic violence, stalking or cyberstalking, or repeat violence, dating violence, or sexual violence incident under certain circumstances, etc.
