Public Records/Medical Payments Coverage and Bodily Injury Liability Insurance Policies/Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles; Revising an exemption from public records requirements to exempt certain information of insureds and former insureds held by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles regarding insurance policies providing any of specified coverages; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.

Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1766 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
