       The Committee on Judiciary (Flores) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 169 - 170
    4  and insert:
    5  death of Victim. The total amount paid for attorney fees
    6  relating to this claim may not exceed 25 percent
    7

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 8 - 9
   11  and insert:
   12         providing that the amount already paid by the
   13         department and the appropriation satisfy all present
   14         and future claims related to the injuries of Survivor
   15         and the death of Victim; providing a limitation on the
   16         payment of attorney fees; providing an effective date.
