DELETE the proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 447:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 447, $500,000 in nonrecurring  
funds from the General Revenue Fund is provided to the Division of  
Community Health Promotion Bureau of Chronic Disease for grants to  
auditory-oral early intervention programs serving deaf children in  
multiple  counties  including rural and underserved areas. These  early  
intervention  programs  must  solely  offer  auditory-oral educational  
habilitation  and services, as defined in section 1002.391, Florida  
Statutes, and have a supervisor and faculty members who are credentialed 
as Certified Listening and Spoken Language Specialists.

AND INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 447, $500,000 in nonrecurring 
funds from the General Revenue Fund is provided to the Sertoma Speech 
and Hearing Foundation in Florida, Inc., a Florida non-profit 
corporation to support auditory oral early intervention programs serving 
children who are deaf from birth through the age of two in multiple

counties including rural and underserved areas. These early intervention 
programs must solely offer auditory oral education habilitation services 
as defined and described in section 1002.391, Florida Statutes, and 
include faculty members who are credentialed as Certified Listening and 
Spoken Language Specialists or hearing support services in pursuit of 
spoken language outcomes for infants and toddlers who are deaf. The 
providers of these services must be incorporated pursuant to either 
chapter 607 or chapter 617, Florida Statutes.
