       The Committee on Health Policy (Bradley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 797 and 798
    4  insert:
    5         (e) The department shall establish, maintain, and control a
    6  computer software tracking system that traces marijuana from
    7  seed to sale and allows real-time, 24-hour access by the
    8  department to data from all MMTCs and independent testing
    9  laboratories. The tracking system must, at a minimum, include
   10  notification of when marijuana seeds are planted, when marijuana
   11  plants are harvested and destroyed, and when marijuana is
   12  transported, sold, stolen, diverted, or lost. Each MMTC shall
   13  use the seed-to-sale tracking system selected by the department.

   18  and insert:
   19         investment interest; requiring the department to
   20         establish, maintain, and control a seed-to-sale
   21         tracking system for marijuana; providing
