State Park Fees; Providing certain discounts on state park fees to specified foster and adoptive families; requiring the Division of Recreation and Parks within the Department of Environmental Protection to establish certain documentation standards and create a procedure for obtaining the discounts; requiring the division to continue a partnership with the Department of Children and Families to promote fostering and adoption of special needs children with certain events, etc.
