GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Passidomo
Motor Vehicle Dealers; Revising the definitions of the terms “motor vehicle dealer,” “franchised motor vehicle dealer,” “independent motor vehicle dealer,” “wholesale motor vehicle dealer,” and “motor vehicle broker”; prohibiting persons from engaging in business as, serving in the capacity of, or acting as a motor vehicle broker in this state without first obtaining a certain license; adding an exception to the prohibition on persons other than a licensed motor vehicle dealer from advertising for sale or lease any motor vehicle belonging to another party, etc.
