       The Committee on Appropriations (Baxley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 10 - 17
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 1. Transportation facility designations; Department
    6  of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
    7         (1)That portion of S.R. 464/Maricamp Road between S.E.
    8  25th Avenue and S.E. 24th Street in Marion County is designated
    9  as “Nelle W. Needham Memorial Highway.”
   10         (2) That portion of S.R. 19 between Lane Park Cutoff Road
   11  and U.S. 441 in Lake County is designated as “Sheriff Chris
   12  Daniels Memorial Highway.”
   13         (3)The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   14  suitable markers designating the transportation facilities as
   15  described in this section.

   20  and insert:
   21         designations; providing honorary designations of
   22         certain transportation facilities in specified
   23         counties;
