       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Book)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 275 - 334
    4  and insert:
    5         s. The home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth,
    6  and photographs of current or former directors, managers,
    7  supervisors, and clinical employees of a child advocacy center
    8  that meets the standards of s. 39.3035(1) and fulfills the
    9  screening requirement of s. 39.3035(2), and the members of a
   10  child protection team as described in s. 39.303 whose duties
   11  include supporting the investigation of child abuse or sexual
   12  abuse, child abandonment, child neglect, and child exploitation
   13  or to provide services as part of a multidisciplinary case
   14  review team; the names, home addresses, telephone numbers,
   15  photographs, dates of birth, and places of employment of the
   16  spouses and children of such personnel and members; and the
   17  names and locations of schools and day care facilities attended
   18  by the children of such personnel and members are exempt from s.
   19  119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution. This
   20  sub-subparagraph is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review
   21  Act in accordance with s. 119.15 and shall stand repealed on
   22  October 2, 2023, unless reviewed and saved from repeal through
   23  reenactment by the Legislature.
   24         3. An agency that is the custodian of the information
   25  specified in subparagraph 2. and that is not the employer of the
   26  officer, employee, justice, judge, or other person specified in
   27  subparagraph 2. shall maintain the exempt status of that
   28  information only if the officer, employee, justice, judge, other
   29  person, or employing agency of the designated employee submits a
   30  written request for maintenance of the exemption to the
   31  custodial agency.
   32         4. The exemptions in this paragraph apply to information
   33  held by an agency before, on, or after the effective date of the
   34  exemption.
   35         Section 2. (1) The Legislature finds that it is a public
   36  necessity that the following identifying and location
   37  information be exempt from s. 119.07(1), Florida Statutes, and
   38  s. 24(a), Article I of the State Constitution:
   39         (a)The home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth,
   40  and photographs of current or former directors, managers,
   41  supervisors, and clinical employees of a child advocacy center
   42  that meets the standards of s. 39.3035(1), Florida Statutes, and
   43  fulfills the screening requirement of s. 39.3035(2), Florida
   44  Statutes.
   45         (b) The home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth,
   46  and photographs of current or former members of a child
   47  protection team as described in s. 39.303, Florida Statutes,
   48  whose duties include supporting the investigation of child
   49  abuse, or sexual abuse, child abandonment, child neglect, or
   50  child exploitation or to provide services as part of a
   51  mutltidisciplinary case review team.
   52         (c) The names, home addresses, telephone numbers,
   53  photographs, dates of birth, and places of employment of the
   54  spouses and children of personnel and members identified in
   55  paragraphs (a) and (b).
   56         (d) The names and locations of schools and day care
   57  facilities attended by the children of such personnel and
   58  members.
   59         (2)The Legislature finds that the release of such
   60  identifying and location information may place current or former
   61  directors, managers, supervisors, and clinical employees of a
   62  child advocacy center that meets the standards of s. 39.3035(1),
   63  Florida Statutes, and fulfills the screening requirement of s.
   64  39.3035(2), Florida Statutes, and the members of a child
   65  protection team as described in s. 39.303, Florida Statutes,
   66  whose duties include supporting the investigation of child
   67  abuse, or sexual abuse, child abandonment, child neglect, or
   68  child exploitation or to provide services as part of a
   69  mutltidisciplinary case review team, and the family members of
   70  such personnel, in danger of physical and emotional harm
