Prohibited Activities under the Workers’ Compensation Law; Specifying that certain statements containing incomplete or inaccurate information and relating to an employee’s citizenship, residency, or other employment status may not constitute a basis for denying workers’ compensation benefits; deleting a prohibition against knowingly presenting, or causing to be presented, certain statements as evidence of identity for certain purposes, etc.
