GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Hukill ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Book ; Hutson ; Mayfield ; Taddeo

Coastal Management; Revising the criteria to be considered by the Department of Environmental Protection in determining and assigning annual funding priorities for beach management and erosion control projects; requiring that certain projects be considered separate and apart from other specified projects; revising requirements for the comprehensive long-term management plan, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2018
