On Page: 099             Provides $500,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Circles of Care - Harbor Pines and Cedar 
Spec App:  482           Village (Senate Form 1322) in the Department of 
                         Children and Families and reduces funding for Fixed 
                         Capital Outlay by the same amount in the Department 
                         of Health.
