The Trial Court Budget Commission shall determine the allocation of funds to the circuits. Funds distributed from this specific appropriation must be matched by local government funds. The matching ratio for allocation of these funds shall be 40 percent local / 60 percent state funding, other than veterans court, which shall have a matching ratio of 20 percent local / 80 percent state funding.
