On Page: 202             Provides $150,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Doral Canal Bank Stabilization Year 7 
Spec App: 1352A          project (Senate Form 1242) and reduces the same 
                         amount from the Transfer to Agricultural Emergency 
                         Eradication Trust Fund category in the Department of 
                         Agriculture and Consumer Services.
