Spec App: 1352A          Quality Restoration and Storage Project Area 3 
                         Design (Senate Form 1976) and reduces the same 
                         amount from the Transfer to Agricultural Emergency 
                         Eradication Trust Fund category in the Department of 
                         Agriculture and Consumer Services.
