On Page: 215             Provides $100,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Golden Beach Center Island Storm Water 
Spec App: 1452B          Pump (Senate Form 1955) and reduces the same amount 
                         from the Manatee River Fair Association Agricultural 
                         Promotion and Education Facility in the Department 
                         of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
