                         funds to the Gretna Water Booster Station (Senate 
Spec App: 1352A          Form 1958) and reduces the same amount from the 
                         Transfer to Agricultural Emergency Eradication Trust 
                         Fund category in the Department of Agriculture and 
                         Consumer Services.
