On Page: 083             Provides $100,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Here's Help Education and Literacy 
Spec App:  372           Program (Senate Form 1177) in the Department of 
                         Children and Families and reduces funding by the 
                         same amount for the St. John Bosco Clinic (Senate 
                         Form 1260) in the Department of Health.
