Clinics that Perform Abortions; Deleting a provision prohibiting state agencies, local governmental entities, and Medicaid managed care plans from expending or paying funds or initiating or renewing contracts under certain circumstances with a certain organization that owns, operates, or is affiliated with a licensed clinic that performs abortions; deleting a requirement that the Agency for Health Care Administration inspect an abortion clinic’s patient records when performing licensure inspections, etc.
