GENERAL BILL by Raschein ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Smith, D. ; Stevenson

Craft Distilleries; Authorizes a craft distillery to hold multiple vendor's licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages; requires the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco of the DBPR to issue permits to craft distillery to conduct tastings & sales of distilled spirits at specified events; authorizes certain craft distilleries to transfer distilled spirits to its vendor's licensed premises, to be licensed as distributor, to conduct spirituous beverage tastings at specified licensed premises; requires craft distillery to submit certain excise taxes.
