Agency for Persons with Disabilities; Extending the timeframe for the Agency for Persons with Disabilities to review an application for services when additional information is requested; deleting provisions requiring the Agency for Health Care Administration, in consultation with the Agency for Persons with Disabilities to seek federal approval and implement a four-tiered waiver system to serve eligible clients through the developmental disabilities and family and supported living waivers; deleting a provision authorizing the agency to collect premiums or cost-sharing, etc.
