Deregulation of Professions and Occupations; Deleting the requirement for a yacht broker to maintain a separate license for each branch office; repealing a provision relating to hearings for persons or labor organizations denied licensure as a business agent; requiring the Department of Business and Professional Regulation or a board to seek reciprocal licensing agreements with other states under certain circumstances; redefining the term “talent agency”, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2019
