       Senator Rodriguez moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 256
    4  and insert:
    5  United States Constitution or the State Constitution. A person
    6  aggrieved by a violation of this section may enforce any
    7  provision of this section by a civil action in any court of
    8  competent jurisdiction on behalf of herself or himself or on
    9  behalf of others similarly situated, and in addition to any
   10  judgment awarded, the appropriate court must allow reasonable
   11  attorney fees to be paid to the aggrieved person. The remedies
   12  in this section are cumulative of other remedies and this
   13  section may not be construed as a limitation.

   18  insert:
   19         authorizing an aggrieved person to file a civil cause
   20         of action in a court of competent jurisdiction;
