       Senator Rodriguez moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to House Amendment (159253) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 407
    5  and insert:
    6  Constitution or the State Constitution. A person aggrieved by a
    7  violation of this section may enforce any provision of this
    8  section by a civil action in any court of competent jurisdiction
    9  on behalf of themselves or others similarly situated, and in
   10  addition to any judgment awarded, the appropriate court must
   11  allow reasonable attorney fees to be paid to the aggrieved
   12  person. The remedies in this section are cumulative of other
   13  remedies and this section may not be construed as a limitation.
