       Senator Thurston moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (220604) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 331 and 332
    5  insert:
    6         Section 12. By July 1, 2019, the Agency for Health Care
    7  Administration shall submit an amendment to this state’s Section
    8  1115 Medicaid demonstration waiver to the Federal Government to
    9  provide health care coverage through the statewide Medicaid
   10  managed medical assistance program for adults 19 to 65 years of
   11  age with family incomes up to 138 percent of the federal poverty
   12  level and who do not otherwise qualify for Medicaid.
