       Senator Braynon moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 854 and 855
    4  insert:
    5         (d) The school district shall notify the county sheriff and
    6  the Office of Safe Schools immediately after, but no later than
    7  72 hours after:
    8         1. A school guardian is dismissed for misconduct or is
    9  otherwise disciplined.
   10         2. A school guardian discharges his or her firearm in the
   11  exercise of the guardian’s duties, other than for training
   12  purposes.
