       The Committee on Ethics and Elections (Baxley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 250 - 251
    4  and insert:
    5         telephone or electronic means for up to 48 hours before
    6  mailing the physical notice. The supervisor need not provide any
    7  notice
