Fees/State Hemp Program; Requiring applicants seeking to participate or renew registration in the state hemp program to submit with their application a fee to be specified by rule of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; limiting the amount of the fee; authorizing the department to waive registration fees by rule, etc.

Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1020 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
