       The Committee on Rules (Rodriguez) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (661740) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 27 - 33
    5  and insert:
    6  naming the lessor as a named insured and containing limits of at
    7  least $250,000 per person and up to $500,000 per incident for
    8  bodily injury liability and up to $100,000 for property damage
    9  liability, or at least $750,000 for combined property damage
   10  liability and bodily injury liability. This subsection applies
   11  so long as the insurance coverage meeting these requirements is
   12  in effect. The insurance coverage meeting such requirements may
   13  be obtained by the lessor or lessee and may be provided by a
   14  lessor’s blanket policy.

   18         Delete lines 48 - 50
   19  and insert:
   20         providing applicability; providing that such coverage
   21         may be obtained by the lessor or lessee and may be
   22         provided by a lessor’s blanket policy; providing an
   23         effective date.
