Home Safety; Prohibits person who owns firearm from keeping it in residence if he or she knows or has reason to know that another person also residing in that residence is prohibited from owning, possessing, purchasing, or receiving firearm; provides criminal penalties; requires each clerk of court report to OSCA specified information; requires OSCA compile & publish on its website report in specified manner.
