       The Committee on Rules (Gibson) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (715312) (with title
    2  amendment)

    5  insert:
    6         (j)The Office of the State Courts Administrator shall
    7  develop and publish training materials for use by each clerk of
    8  the circuit court to train staff about the procedures and
    9  timeframes for judicial waivers of notice and consent provided
   10  under this subsection. The training materials must be published
   11  on the Office of the State Courts Administrator’s website in an
   12  easily downloadable format. Such training materials must include
   13  information that is stated in plain, easily understandable
   14  language.
