       The Committee on Health Policy (Cruz) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (215354) 
    2  
    3         Between lines 88 and 89
    4  insert:
    5         4. A health care practitioner may not use the title
    6  “anesthetist” unless he or she is an advanced practice
    7  registered nurse licensed in this state to practice professional
    8  nursing and certified as a certified registered nurse
    9  anesthetist under part I of chapter 464 or is an
   10  anesthesiologist as defined in s. 458.3475 or s. 459.023.
