    3         Delete line 8
    4  and insert:
    5         (27) That portion of S.R. A1A between Glenwood Avenue and
    6  Park Avenue in Brevard County is designated as “Sophia Nelson
    7  Memorial Highway.”
    8         (28) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
