       Senator Rodriguez moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (789166) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1104 - 1108
    4  and insert:
    5         a. Designated as a public bathing beach or swim area,
    6  except that such areas may not be established within the Florida
    7  Intracoastal Waterway.
    8         b. Marked by buoys or markers that are at least 10 feet
    9  apart. A vessel-exclusion zone may not be marked by ropes.
   10         c. Within 300 feet of a dam, spillway, or flood control
