       Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture, Environment, and
       General Government (Hutson) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (434550) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 729 - 732
    5  and insert:
    6         (c) Notwithstanding the commission rules adopted pursuant
    7  to this section, this section is not effective for Monroe County
    8  until the county approves, permits, and opens new moorings for
    9  public use, including at least 250 moorings within 1 mile of the
   10  Key West Bight City Dock and at least 50 moorings within the Key
   11  West Garrison Bight Mooring Field. Until such time, the
   12  commission shall designate the area within 1 mile of the Key
   13  West Bight City Dock as a priority for the expedited removal of
   14  derelict vessels.
