                         State Transportation Trust Fund for the Tampa Bay 
Spec App: 1915A          Area Regional Transit Authority (Senate Form 2127). 
                         Reduces $1,500,000 in nonrecurring funds from the 
                         State Transportation Trust Fund from the 
                         Reconstruction of SR 33 and I-4 Interchange (Exit 
                         38) - Lakeland (Senate Form 2113).
