The Committee on Rules (Farmer) recommended the following:
1 Senate Amendment to Amendment (149800) (with title

5 insert:
6 (5) To receive the liability protections under this
7 section, the defendant must prove by clear and convincing
8 evidence that it had prominently posted at each public entrance
9 a notice with the following statement in at least 20-point font:

11 ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK - Pursuant to Section 768.38,
12 Florida Statutes, this establishment is not liable for
13 transmission of or exposure to COVID-19, even if such
14 transmission or exposure was caused by our own
15 negligent conduct.
