       The Committee on Appropriations (Rodriguez) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 68 - 70
    4  and insert:
    5  value and assessed value of the destroyed parcel on the January
    6  1 of the year preceding the year of the destruction must be
    7  used.
    8         (4) Tax payments received by the tax collector for taxes
    9  and non-ad valorem assessments
