On Page: 075             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of Elder Affairs for Self 
Spec App:  265A          Reliance, Inc. - Home Modification for Elders 
                         Program (Senate Form 2491). Reduces $250,000 in 
                         nonrecurring general revenue funds from the Agency 
                         for Persons with Diabilities Fixed Capital Outlay 
                         Needs for Centrally Managed Facilities.
