amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 124             Provides $59,448 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Agency for Persons with Disabilities 
Spec App:  558           for the Louise Graham Regeneration Center Adult Day 
                         Training Program (Senate Form 2702). Reduces funding 
                         by the same amout from the Department of Veteran 
                         Affairds Fixed Capital Outlay Residential Facilities 
                         for Veterans.
