amendment:

On Page: 052             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Agency for Health Care Administration 
Spec App:  189           for the Encore Healthcare Medicaid Respiratory 
                         Disease Management Pilot Program (Senate Form 2258). 
                         Reduces funding by the same amount from the Agency 
                         for Persons with Disabilities Fixed Capital Outlay 
                         for Centrally Managed Facilities.
