On Page: 056             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Agency for Health Care Administration 
Spec App:  203           for Leesburg Hospital Indigent Care (Senate Form 
                         1860). Reduces funding by the same amount from the 
                         Agency for Persons with Disabilities Fixed Capital 
                         Outlay for Centrally Managed Facilities.
