The Committee on Appropriations (Bean) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 124             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of Children and Families for 
Spec App:  558           the Okaloosa-Walton Mental Health and Substance 
                         Abuse Pre-Trial Diversion Program (Senate Form 
                         2627). Reduces funding by the same amount from the 
                         Department of Veterans' Affairs Fixed Capital Outlay 
                         Residential Facilities for Veterans.
